I love this Leighton Armchair And Footstool, Conservatory Accent Chairs! I got it in the dark (espresso?) color and it's perfect for my needs. I removed the baskets from below and use the bottom as a single shelf--which works better for me and my different-sized shoes than restrictive cubbies would. It's finished on the inside, so nobody can tell that it wasn't designed that way originally. I store gloves, hats, umbrellas, and scarves in the Leighton Armchair And Footstool, Conservatory Accent Chairs. The baskets make great storage for miscellaneous items in my closet, but they "shed" debris on whatever's inside. No big deal since I consider them extras anyway. My only complaint is that the top surface doesn't come with a cushion for sitting. I needed the Leighton Armchair And Footstool, Conservatory Accent Chairs as a place to put on my shoes while I was pregnant and couldn't bend over. I still sit on it, but I have to make a custom cushion for it. Pros: Gorgeous color. Versitile use. No assembly required. Cons: Cheap, flaky baskets. No cushion on top.
